1. Acceptance
By creating an account with AntiZero, you agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy.
2. Eligibility and account ownership
At signup, you represent that you own or are formally authorized to manage the Instagram account you provide. Registering third-party accounts without authorization is prohibited. We reserve the right to suspend accounts under reasonable suspicion of misuse, subject to manual review.
3. Plans and billing
- The Free plan has no follower minimum and includes the bio link with contact capture.
- Paid plans (Basic, Complete, Verified/Premium) require a declared account with 10,000+ followers and unlock assisted backup and the recovery plan.
- Monthly recurring billing via Stripe, in the currency auto-detected from your country (or manually selected). You can cancel anytime; access remains active until the end of the paid period.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the service to:
- Scrape data, automate unauthorized access, or violate Meta/Instagram's Terms of Service;
- Capture fan contacts without the explicit consent required by the form;
- Distribute illegal, deceptive, or rights-infringing content through your bio-link page.
5. Nature of the backup service
Backup relies on you personally requesting the official data export from Meta and forwarding it to our system. We do not guarantee the timing, availability, or format of that export, as it is controlled solely by Meta. Likewise, we do not guarantee that Meta will restore access to a suspended or banned account — we help you stay in touch with your audience regardless of what happens to the original account.
6. Data ownership
Contacts captured via your bio link and your backup's follower list belong to you. You may export or delete them at any time from the dashboard.
7. Limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect losses arising from Meta/Instagram outages, third-party delays in processing exports, or account moderation decisions made by Meta.
8. Cancellation and termination
You may close your account anytime under Settings → "Delete my account". We may suspend accounts that violate these terms, with notice when feasible.
9. Changes
We may update these terms periodically, emailing you about material changes.
