Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy describes how AntiZero ("we", "our") collects, uses, and protects personal data, in line with GDPR/UK GDPR and Brazil's LGPD for users in those jurisdictions.
1. Who we are and what we do
We help content creators protect their relationship with their audience: (a) a bio-link page that captures fan contacts with explicit consent, and (b) an assisted backup service that processes the official data export you request from Meta/Instagram yourself. We do not scrape data, never access passwords, and do not use unofficial Instagram APIs.

Fan contacts (email/WhatsApp) and the backup follower list are encrypted at rest with AES-256-GCM.
3. Legal basis and consent
We process your data based on contract performance (delivering the service you signed up for) and, for fan contacts, on the fan's own explicit consent, collected via a mandatory checkbox at submission time. Without that checkbox, no contact is stored.
4. Who we share data with
We use the following data processors, each with its own privacy policy: Supabase (database and authentication), Stripe (payment processing), Resend or equivalent (email delivery), and our inbound-email provider (receiving Meta's export). We never sell personal data to third parties.
5. Retention
- Follower backups: automatically deleted after 1 year.
- Account deletion: fan contacts are deleted immediately; other data enters a reversible 30-day soft delete before permanent removal.
- Security audit logs: retained for 2 years.
6. Your rights
As a data subject, you may at any time:
- Access all the data we hold about you: dashboard → Settings → "Download my data".
- Delete your account and data: dashboard → Settings → "Delete my account".
- Correct inaccurate data: dashboard → Settings.
- Withdraw consent or ask questions: email privacy@antizero.app.
7. Cookies
We use a technical cookie to remember your preferred language and currency. We do not use advertising tracking cookies.
8. Children
This service is not directed at children under 13.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy periodically. Material changes will be emailed to you.
